From 2018 Anamore Yachting will use the terms and conditions of "FairCharter-Contract from Yacht-Pool. Some facts from YACHT-POOL FairCharter-Contract are quoted below. Find more information on their website www.yacht-pool.com.
"Since then, the issue has become more important than ever before: the subject of fair T&C is actually in the focus of our customers...We are convinced that unfair terms in some charter contracts are not intended in most cases....Probably the issue of "fair T&C" is no longer just a problem between charter providers and charter customers. The keyword is: Consumer protection!"
